We are expanding our central security team and are searching for new colleagues like you to join us. As our Information Security Advisor, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including developing and maintaining security training and awareness material, following up on audit results, and being a point of contact for our IT provider and Cyber Security Center on technical matters. Your expertise will also be vital in advising and supporting security initiatives in various projects, contributing to our ISO27001 certification, and actively participating in the growth of our security team and processes.

By joining our central security team in Business Support, you'll be part of a dedicated group responsible for Information Security, Personnel Security, Physical Security, and Crisis Management.

The Information Security advisor tasks are within the following areas: 

  • Maintenance of security awareness material
  • Follow up of security audits
  • Follow up of local security roles globally
  • Develop and maintain security reports
  • Management of governing documents
  • Facilitate risk assessments

Required competence: 

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree within Information/Cyber Security, Industrial Technology Management or similar
  • Good written and oral Norwegian and English skills. 

Desired competence and experience or interest in: 

  • Writing security articles for the intranet
  • Risk management
  • ISO27001 and other relevant security frameworks like Cyber Essentials +, NIST, CMMC etc.
  • Physical security of buildings and premises
  • Knowledge to Norwegian security legislation
  • Power BI
  • Experience in applied cyber security
