Job description

We are looking for a multi-skilled IT specialist to be part of Musti Group’s IT team to focus on IT support.

A typical workday can be a normal office day which starts at Oslo office by scratching office dogs. You continue your day by supporting your colleagues and assisting stores remotely. Some days you need to visit stores to give onsite support. Some days you can work from home. Your workdays can vary which is why we appreciate a flexible approach.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English. Swedish or Finnish is a merit.
  • Prior experience in IT support is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge on workstations, servers and networks.
  • Knowledge on Ad and Azure (optional).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our offices and stores.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain and update hardware and software systems.
  • Provide training and support to users on various systems and software applications.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure that systems are running smoothly.
  • Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
