Robotics company looking for IT Systems Integrator and Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and solutions-driven IT Systems Integrator and Solutions Engineer! This role goes beyond traditional IT administration. Not only are you the bridge between everyday IT operations and the groundbreaking R&D propelling our company, but you also excel in on-site problem-solving internally and for our end-users. As an invaluable partner to our R&D team, you help create both seamless systems integration and optimal end-user experiences.

Our mission is to build androids that work alongside people to meet the world’s labor demand and build an abundant society. Our wheeled model, EVE, is engineered to work with you, from guarding to logistics, and our bipedal model, NEO, is designed to become a general-purpose android, with a broad deployment in various applications, and, eventually, assisted living.

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

  • Systems Integration: Efficiently set up, configure, and maintain computers and associated software for the organization, ensuring optimal performance and seamless interaction.
  • Proactive Troubleshooting: Lead the charge in diagnosing both internal and external IT challenges, ensuring minimal disruption and maximizing uptime.
  • R&D Collaboration: Act as a reliable tech partner for our R&D teams, understanding their needs, and ensuring that the IT infrastructure robustly supports ongoing projects and innovations.
  • Security and Compliance: Establish and uphold security best practices, ensuring our intellectual property and data remain uncompromised.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging IT trends and tools, ensuring our infrastructure remains state-of-the-art.


Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in IT administration, preferably in R&D environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in modern WiFi and 5G technologies, encompassing a deep understanding of 802.11 standards.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of networking protocols such as IPv6, IPv4, TCP/IP, and UDP. 


Nice-To-Haves

  • Knowledge of MU-MIMO, beamforming, and OFDMA.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols mDNS.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in problem-solving and delivering efficient IT solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
