As an HCM solutions developer within HR in Sector Alarm Group, your primary responsibility will be to act as a trusted partner to the business. You will support, coach, and challenge stakeholders to find the best HR technical solutions that align with their needs, visions, and desired outcomes. You will gain deep insights into the business and its operations to contribute to your own and the company’s growth and success. 


What will you do? 

  • Collaborate with the organization: Work closely with HR and other business areas across our markets to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions. 
  • Workday Forum Facilitation: Co-facilitate the Workday forum, collaborating with representatives from each market to gather feedback, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Develop Workday: Identify and drive initiatives to further develop and improve the use of Workday considering the interconnections between data setup, process configurations, and integrations. 
  • System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization. 
  • End-User Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the Workday solution. Evaluate incoming change requests.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Utilize your troubleshooting and triage skills to provide assistance in solving escalated operational issues related to the Workday platform. 


Who are you? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field; relevant experience can compensate for educational requirements. 
  • Experience with providing technical user support and training. 
  • Proven track record in working effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with the development of a cloud based HCM system, preferably an understanding of Workday functionalities and configuration.
  • Interest in data integrations and system landscape is a must, and experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong level of English written and spoken is a must, proficiency in French and/or Spanish is beneficial.
  • Some travelling required to our European markets.
