Facility Management provides a digital platform that simplifies day-to-day operations for demanding businesses. We are field leaders in industrial maintenance and management, as well as in facility and property management. Our so-called “Software as a Service”-solutions ensure efficient operations and maintenance throughout a wide variety of industries.

Facilit FDVU, the product you will work with, is created by a dedicated development team based in Tromsø, Norway, and has been under development for more than two decades. Its primary focus is serving the public sector in Norway, offering a comprehensive suite of features that encompass facility management, operations, maintenance, and rentals for various establishments, including schools, universities, libraries, municipal housing, and more.

Your role and responsibilities

You will function as an integral part of a small and highly collaborative agile team where you will have the opportunity to actively engage in all stages of developing a market-leading product. This includes participating in high-level architecture and product discussions, contributing to planning, coding, testing/reviewing, documenting, DevOps, and maintaining various services and applications.

Your profile & qualifications

The perfect candidate is a proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership and working closely with a small team that collaborates with distributed resources on a daily basis, spanning across Europe and Asia. You possess good communication skills in English, can manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once and have a willingness to learn new technologies. It is important that you are a team player and can contribute and help the team and department on the journey to be even more agile by supporting the constant growth of and demands from the organization.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Possess expertise in .NET C# and web development using ASP.NET with MVC and/or Angular.
• Excellent knowledge of common programming patterns and system design.
• Experienced with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL.
• A practical and solution-oriented approach to development.
• A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
